Sissinghurst Castle

Occassionly you need to explore somewhere different... Even if its muddy!!!
We went to #sissinghurstcasltle for our walk to make a change from the usual route, we enjoy visiting new places, plus mummy having a #nationaltrust card means no having to pay for the carpark which also means more pennies for biscuits :)

If you haven't been to Sissinghurst Castle then we 100% recommend going, its a wonderful place you can walk, enjoy the views and see what animals you can spot along the way.
There are a few different walks you can take with your dogs, the longest being 3 miles long! We haven't done the 3 mile walk yet as both times we have been its was just after a rainy day so it was rather muddy!
Paws crossed we go back when its been dry for a few days so we can walk around the whole route without mummy sliding here there and everywhere hehe
The route we have taken is around the back of the castle, along the moat before going through some gates where you will come up to lakes, last time we visited we saw some ducks! it was the first time seeing ducks and Phoebe was so excited to see them she followed them and nearly fell straight into the lake hehe

In the summer we plan to go back and combat the 3 mile walk... which in doggy miles must be about 12 right?

If you do go to Sissinghurst Castle make sure you tag us on Instagram (@double_trouble_clover_duo) we would love to see your adventures. Who knows maybe we will see you there one day.

We hope you enjoyed reading about our adventures to Sissinghurst Castle
